Seda kasutatakse metallile nurga ning raadiuse andmiseks. Selle jaoks peab lehele m\u00f5juma voolepiiri \u00fcletav j\u00f5ud, et saavutada j\u00e4\u00e4v tulemus plastse deformatsiooni l\u00e4bi.<\/p>\n<p>Antud artiklis r\u00e4\u00e4gime k\u00f5ige levinumatest painutusmeetoditest, elastest j\u00e4relm\u00f5just, k faktorist ning painutusvaru arvutamisest.<\/p>\n<h2>Painutusmeetodid<\/h2>\n<p>Metalli vormimiseks painutuse l\u00e4bi on \u00fcsna palju erinevaid meetodeid. Iga\u00fchel on oma eelised. K\u00fcsimus seisneb \u00fcldjuhul selles, kas valida suurem t\u00e4psus v\u00f5i lihtsus. N\u00e4iteks 45-kraadise painde saavutamiseks ongi vaja just sellise nurgaga templit ja matriitsi, sest elastset j\u00e4relm\u00f5ju pole karta.<\/p>\n<p>Miks? Sest tempel tungib oma terava ninaga lehe sisse.
