Fractory’s team of 12 has another acquisition in the face of Jason Carson. He’s the multi-talented man to lead Fractory’s operations in the UK.
We needed someone to establish strong ties and new partnerships during our growth phase in one of the most enticing markets for manufacturing companies. And we are sure that Jason has the skillset for captaining that voyage over the Channel.
Firstly, he has a higher education in Psychology & Human Biology. With that, he laid the perfect foundation for interpersonal skills. His first job, though, was in manufacturing. Jason started out with an apprenticeship in the sheet metal industry, doing some hands-on work.
From there, he moved on to sales, combining his manufacturing industry knowledge with what he studied. His engineering and business knowledge was further reinforced by working in the oil & gas sector, as well as the power industry. In the latter, he was responsible for new business development and client management. There he secured multi-million pound contracts with major blue chip companies.
Jason is an articulate and passionate professional and he is looking forward to leading Fractorys’ efforts in the UK. Driving new client partnerships and company growth to ensure swift progress. Jason will play a crucial role in the development of Fractory Ltd in the UK market, developing new sales channels and processes which will provide the foundations for growth and success.
